Be sure to place your orders before Thursday 15 November 2018 if you are purchasing for Christmas. Orders received after 12pm on Friday 21 December 2018 will not be processed until the new year.

Orders placed between 21 December 2018 - 6 January 2019 will be processed the week beginning 7 January 2019. However, due to a potential backlog of orders, we cannot guarantee this. Please be patient at this time, we will try process the orders as quickly as possible.

Prices are in US dollars.

What is the minimum order amount?

The minimum spend to activate a shipping option is US$15

How long will it take to process my order?

Once your order is received you will receive a confirmation email. Our mail order team will process your order on the next business day.

How much does shipping cost and are there any taxes?

If you spend over $85USD shipping is free. Orders under $85USD ship for a flat rate of $25. 

Are my credit card details safe?

YES. Payments are processed securely by Payment Express so at no time do we receive any personal card details.

We will not share your personal details with any third party.

What is your refund / return policy?

We will refund any un-used items within 30 days upon return in complete packaging. Faulty and damaged goods will be promptly replaced at no charge.

How long does shipping take?

Once processed orders are dispatched and should be received within 14 business days. If you do not receive your order,please contact our team with your order details and we will try assist you the best we can.
